It was founded in April 1979, the year after Hideyuki Watanabe was transferred to Houme Junior High School, by a group of brass band enthusiasts and junior high school brass band advisors in the city, and this year marks the 41st year since the group began practicing at Houme Junior High School. Currently, about 80 brass band enthusiasts practice and study every Saturday at the Higashi Community Center.
The brass band performs at regular concerts held every year, and also performs at the request of many musicians from Takarazuka and other cities.
In brass band competitions, they have won 26 gold medals, including 18 grand prizes in the Hyogo Prefectural Competition, and 26 gold medals in the Kansai Competition. Under the direction of Hideyuki Watanabe, the group has participated in 12 national competitions, and the year before last, they represented Kansai at the 67th All Japan Brass Band Competition held in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture, where they gave an outstanding performance.
Their transparent symphonic sound and expressive musical expression have won many accolades.

Kobayashi Station is a station on the Hankyu Railway Imazu Line in Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan.
The west side of the station is a quiet residential area, while the east side has various facilities such as libraries, parks, medical facilities, and supermarkets.
